Musselshell-Golden Valley Introduction

Musselshell-Golden Valley counties are located in the South Central region of the state of Montana. Between both counties, there are 503 agriculture operations which encompasses approximately 1.78 million acres. The Musselshell Valley has an exciting history of cowboys, cattle drives, & coal mines. Roundup is the county seat for Musselshell County & includes the towns of Melstone and Musselshell. Ryegate is the county seat for Golden Valley County & includes the town of Lavina.
