Agriculture Overview in Hill County

The year began with a Winter Beef Symposium hosted by MSU-Extension in Hill County, with the collaboration of Blaine County and the Northern Ag Research Center. Over 70 residents attended the two-day presentation. This year, The Hill County Extension office was able to help residents identify tree problems, unknown bugs and insects in gardens, and send hay samples for nitrate testing. We welcomed Tom Allen as the new Hill County Ag Agent in August.
